Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Sri Shopsz. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Cancellation & Return Policy: SRISHOPSZ

1. Cancellation Policy

We offer flexibility for cancellations under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it OR before the order has been dispatched (whichever happens first).
Process: To cancel, please contact SRISHOPSZ immediately with your Order ID.
Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Restriction: Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We are committed to quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we offer a replacement policy.

Eligibility & Timeframe:

You must request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.
This policy applies only to products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
We do not cover damage caused by customer mishandling or misuse.

How to Request a Replacement:

Provide your Order ID.
Include a brief description of the issue and attach a clear photo of the damaged product.

Resolution:

Replacement: We will provide a replacement for the exact same product, subject to availability.
If Unavailable: If the product is out of stock, you may choose between a full refund or selecting an alternative product of equal value.

Return Shipping (Important):

Self-Ship: We do not offer a reverse pickup facility. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
Shipping Costs: The shipping charges for the return are to be borne by the customer.

Fill in the Contact Info: Make sure to replace the phrase “contact number” in the text with your actual support number (e.g., WhatsApp or Customer Care line).
Return Address: Since the customer has to ship the item back, ensure you provide the clear shipping address to them immediately once their return request is approved.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received yet:

Recheck your bank account or Razorpay wallet
Contact your card provider or bank (processing may take additional time)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale or discounted are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

Damaged during delivery

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift voucher or coupon will be issued.

If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🚚 Note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of prepaid return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
